He holds a degree in Port and Shipping Administration from Maritime University and advanced certifications in Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation from GIMPA.
He specializes in securing high-value project funding and executing large-scale infrastructure and real estate developments. As the Country Rep for Afrigon South Africa, he led milestone projects including the Presidential Palace in the DRC and the $471M acquisition of copper mines in Zambia.
Rudolph has represented 14 international companies as a Trade Representative in countries like Ghana, Liberia, Zambia, and Sierra Leone. He is also the Executive Director of Hemp Africa, and an active force behind Earth Wealth Fund and Batterycoin Movement, promoting sustainable development and future-focused investments.
